Achievements

1. We succeeded to implement from the 7th CPC:

    a) EL in place of HPL

    b) Exempted TA/DA/CEA bills

    c) Child Care Leave to Male Employees

2. Succeeded to convince the contemporary HRD Minister Mr Kapil Sibbal to reduce the school timing 1 hour 20 Minutes  

3. Implementation of issuing Salary slip with Principal's signature.

4. PGT to VP post case dragged in the court and got success.

5. MACP case has been running since 2016 in honourable Court to implement it for teachers.

6. Filed a case to get relief the teachers who joined new KVs after getting transfer in 2016 and 17 at hard and very hard station, got relief.

7. Still fighting for CGHS facility to teachers throughout the nation.  Discussing with Edu.Minister for the same.

8. Implemented CGHS facility in Jaipur Region in 2021, DC sir issued letter for the same.

9. Always opposed Zonal System posting and now in new Transfer Policy 2021, it is being abolished.

10. Struggling for NPS to GPF.

11. Struggling GP 4600 for PRTs in KVS.

12. We are putting pressure on HQ to issue transfer application 2021, and got assurance from Commissioner Madam to start the transfer process in May 2021, If everything goes well.

13. We are continuously in touch to HQ to modify the Summer Vacation 2021 as 20 Days in May, 10 days to extend in autumn and 10 days to extend in winter break 2021.

14. We are pressuring the Govt. through various ministers and parliamentary debate to restart the Bonus.

15. We are in continuously in contact with HRD Minister to resolve the burning issues of KV Teachers and recently met in Feb., 2021.

16. We forced to KVS to implement the rule to provide the receipts and pass the bills in a limited time frame. Circular issued.

17. We held a meeting with HRD Minister for MACP to KV Teachers in 2013.

18. Forced to KVS to accept grievances through E-mail, Implemented. 

19. Separate Station codes for the schools those are newly opened and transferred to newly constructed RO near New Delhi.

20. Its first time when KV teachers are able to send and raise their voice in Parliament through various MPs.  We raised issues on Sanskrit and German Language, MACP, CGHS, CPF to GPF, time reducing etc.

21. We put teachers’ issues in National JCMs very effectively. As we put our views for CL/EL with breaks and Vacation (considered), after suspension a teacher is transferred to far flung areas, but after re-instated he is not posted the same our nearby stations, If there is any inquiry against the teacher, a teacher must be include in inquiry committee (considered), allow the teachers to visit to HQ at any time, PR Cell at HQ

22. Demand to freeze the executive/disciplinary   powers of KVS Commissioner and Discharge from KVS due to irregularities in transfers and other matters. 

23. One Day Dharna -Pradarshan at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi on 13 March 2021 while others have no courage to raise the voice against KVS authority for genuine demands.
